Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:

A purchaser can exchange delivered items in following eventualities

1. If item delivered is defective

2. If item delivered is different from the ordered one

3. If  quality is not up to the mark

In case delivered item is defective or incorrect company will bear whole delivery expenses and vice versa.

Any defect/mistake/default should be brought to the notice within 24 hours of delivery

Any complain brought to our notice after 24 hours  will not be honored.

DISPATCH OF CLAIMED ITEM IS MANDATORY WITHIN ONE WEEK OF DELIVERY

AFTER THAT COMPLAIN SHELL BE TIME BARRED

All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can return in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you, in such an eventuality company shall bears expenses incurred for exchange & return WITHIN ONE WEEK OF DELIVERY AFTER FIRST  NOTICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PARCAL
